Time to welcome the new year with some finger-licking good options, garnished and set up across the table, and privilege the opportunity to CLICK them. Join us at VIBGOR #FOOD-2, the second of the similar initiative, where we have tied up with a mall for some live cooked food to click.

Batches: 3 batches, in 3 different restaurants within the mall, in a batch of 10 (max) in each batch  Venue: R City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Supported by: Samyang lenses, and Godox lights.

Registration Fee: 400 INR/participant

Rules & Regulations:

· Only registered participants will be allowed to participate.

· Once registered, no refund for cancellation.

· Registration cannot be transferred.

· Samyang lenses will be limited, and participants need to share them among all other fellow participants.

· Lenses are available for Canon and Nikon mount DSLR only. Others may not fetch the privilege of the lenses at the venue.

· Godox lights will be set up at the venue by the organizers. Participants will not be allowed the privilege to use it on a personal click at the venue.

· For registration, please follow the registration procedure mentioned below.

· Participants must bring their own camera and lenses.

· Participants must reach the venue on or before 15 minutes prior to the start.

· Participants must cooperate with the organizer.

· Food supplied for photography may be of various cuisine and also Non-Veg. We request participants to be open minded in such situations, even if they are a vegan. We are intending the session for practicing the art of photography, and not to encourage/discourage anyone’s personal food habits.

· Allotment of the restaurant will be on spot and will be on a random basis. Participants may not get the choice of choosing their preferred restaurant.

Photo Contest

Exclusive for the participants of this session, VIBGYOR in association with R City Mall is organizing a photo contest. Participants may participate in the same by competing with images clicked in the #FOOD-2 Photography Session. Guidelines of the contest will be mailed to all attendees of the session.

Prizes of Photo Contest

· 1stPrize: Gift voucher worth 5000 INR

· 2ndPrize: Gift vouchers worth 3000 INR

· 3rdPrize: Gift vouchers worth 2000 INR

We at VIBGYOR will not ask for any photographs from the participants. However, if the participants feel they need to get their clicks reviewed, or, get featured by VIBGYOR across social media, or the annual calendar, may share their photographs clicked at the session. In such a case, the submission guidelines are specified as below:

· The images should not have any watermark on them.

· The images should not be compressed. Allow maximum size as much as possible.

· Excessive post-processing of images is not preferred, however, basic editing like color correction and cropping is allowed.

· Rename the files as “<Name>_Mobile_Sl.No.”, and mail them to vibgyorfob@gmail.com. For example, participant Rakesh Iyer with mobile number 9898965656 will send the files renamed as Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_01 & Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_02.

· Files may be mailed, or we transfer or google drive share

· Last date to mail the photographs is 21st February 2021, 23:59 hrs.
